Founded in New York City, the family owned and operated Del Caribe Meat specializes in Dominican styled salami, international chorizos, premium hams, smoked products, and our signature smoked ribs. 


Since our inception, the employees of Del Caribe Meat insure the highest quality of meats by our rigorous manufacturing, quality control, and inspection before it arrives at your local store.
